Mahjong Pilipino ("the App") is developed and operated by Rich Design Prints ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
Information stored on your device: The App stores game preferences, round counts, and purchase status locally on your device using standard browser storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Information collected by third-party services: The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (advertising): After the first 30 rounds of gameplay, the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase will no longer be served any advertisements. Apple App Store / Google Play Store: If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following: your name, email address, phone number, location data, contacts, photos, health data, or any other personally identifiable information. The App does not require account creation or login. The App does not use analytics or tracking SDKs beyond what is included in AdMob.
The App displays interstitial and rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob after the initial free trial period (first 30 rounds). On iOS, the App respects Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be asked for consent before any tracking occurs. If you decline, ads will still appear but will not be personalized. Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase permanently removes all advertisements from the App.
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to remove advertisements. This purchase is processed through Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. We do not handle any payment data directly. Purchases can be restored on new devices using the "Restore Purchases" button in the App's Store screen.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Since the App does not collect personal data on our servers, there is no user data for us to retain or delete. Game data stored locally on your device can be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
